Hey there, I'm not usually one to dig deep into mental health, but May is considered to be Mental Health Awareness Month, so I figured I might as well give a proper update after the Discord promos turn out to be huge busts...especially knowing why cuz Discord is hella inconsistant with child safety crap.

So, what's up with your head then, kirbs?

A bunch of things, working 8-hour job shifts doesn't seem to help but I'm hanging in there alright. For one, I'm mentally disabled, medically diagnosed with ASD (or was it ADHD?) since I was a child, so you can understand my hyperfixation problems which I've happily accepted into my life lol. Buuuut the downside to that is that my emotions can be amplified...and I'm female...and I have monthly mood swings. So if you see me have mental breakdowns on Discord, you know why, as Claptrap puts it: "Please please PLEASE don't take advantage of me while I'm incapacitated, OK?"

(Sorry, I kin Claptrap so damn much thanks to The Pre-Sequel, especially after dealing with a toxic relationship that I can only describe as dealing with a Handsome Jack in my life, I will not elaborate further for the sake of our sanities)

Does this mean this'll affect projects?

Not really, as long as I keep my head and emotions in tact. In fact, I've recently started a new project, something to celebrate Portal 2's 15th anniversary...alright, it's another Jackbox project and I SWEAR THE FIBBAGE 4 EPISODE IS STILL BEING MADE! However, this Portal project is something with an actual deadline, Spring 2026, and it's something made to encourage Portal nerds to just have fun with it, it's a celebration after all.

Anything else to look forward to from you?

Nothing I can spoil, but stay tuned for a couple of VA cameos here on NG that I will not give details towards unless you're in a certain NG Discord server. I'm also turning 20 in less than 3 months from now, so that's exciting!
